The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mobile, AL. This position focuses on generating new business by making outbound calls, potential customer outreach, and building relationships with prospective customers seeking moving and warehousing services. Day-to-day activities include qualifying leads, explaining service options and pricing, preparing basic quotes, and coordinating with operations staff to schedule moves and warehouse services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets, and providing clear, professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience. The Outbound Sales Representative collaborates with the broader team to support overall sales growth and align with company service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates should possess strong Outbound Sales skills, with experience handling high volumes of calls and follow-ups.
• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential customers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, handle objections, and provide clear information to diverse customers.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including CRM usage, email communication, and data entry accuracy.
• Prior sales experience in moving, logistics, warehousing, or related services is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Mobile, AL, with consistent attendance and reliability.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• CDL Truck Drivers (Class C or Higher) will deliver freight/plants to our customers in a 53ft Dry van or 26ft Box Truck
• Follow Dispatcher/Trucking Logistics directions, ensuring all Trucking Deliveries are performed accurately, and in a timely manner.
• CDL Truck Driver (Class C or Higher) will assist Customers with Unloading Truck as needed.
• Ensure all Deliver Materials are properly loaded onto the Trucks and securely fastened for travel in accordance with RS Moving and Warehousing Standards
• CDL Truck Drivers (Class C or Higher) will comply with all DOT regulations and ensure a Safe Working Environment is maintained at all times.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned to the CDL Truck Driver (Class C or Higher) as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a Valid State’s CDL Class C or Higher Driver’s License
• Driving Record must be clean/good
• Must possess some prior loading and unloading experience, as it relates to Truck Deliveries
• Ability to work independently, as well as a Team atmosphere
• Professional and customer-oriented attitude.

Join our team! RS Moving & Warehouse is looking for a Moving Supervisor to oversee a crew of 2-4 people.

Your job responsibilities would include the following:

• Drive 26’ box truck
• Lead a crew with exceptional leadership skills
• Provide great customer service
• Load and wrap household goods
• Inspect trucks daily for road safety
• Prepare box trucks for jobs- making sure packing/loading materials are present, etc.
• Lift items heavier than 50 lbs.
• Take payment from customers
• Misc. warehouse work as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Clear MVR (no more than 1 violation within a calendar year)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude
• Work safely while also working efficiently
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Leadership experience is also required for this position.

Moving Supervisors start at $16.00-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience). BONUS PAY is possible with exceptional leadership and experience!
